• Plant materials; Trees, Shrubs, Perennials, Bulbs and Ground Covers
  for one year from date of installation
  Provided 1) Payment of Invoice is Received When Due, 2) Plants Were Given Reasonable Care and Sufficient Watering, We Agree To Replace One Time All Plants That Fail To Survive For A Period Of One Year From Date Of Invoice; Excluding Rhododendrons, Dogwood Trees, Plants Receiving Mechanical Or Chemical Damage, Materials or Construction Damaged By Act Of God, Plants That Have Been Transplanted On The Site, And Plants Subjected To Extreme Weather Conditions Not Typical To This Area, Or Any Other Reason Beyond Our Control. Not Responsible For Underground Cable, Phone, Electrical Dog Fences, And Or Electrical Line Damage. All Work To Be Completed In A Workmanlike Manner According To Standard Practices.
